General Policy
When visiting our web pages, our server recognizes the visitor's domain name and IP address, but not their e-mail address. It is a common practice for webmasters to track visitors on their website. We also note the visitor's browser type, version and operating system among other things. This information is transmitted to our server by each visitor's web browser. This visitor information is used by us to improve the content of our site by identifying the most popular areas of this website. We use Google Analytics to obtain this information for us then prepare it into informational graphs, tables, etc. Visitors may opt-out here.

Free Resume Creator and Directory
Our creators require that our visitors input their information in order to generate the documents job seekers need to apply for jobs. There are two modes for using this site, being a free member or a non-member.

1. Non-members: There are no paid non-members! The information used to create a resume and other documents on site is not used by us for any purpose other than to create the related document. When a visitor uses a creator all their data are never stored so when the system is left the data are gone. When a visitor enters their information into one of our programs their information is not stored in our database unless the visitor elects to become a member. The only way for non-members to "save" their information is to press the Save button on the Preview page in the program. A file will be generated that the visitor will export and store locally on their own device.

2. Members: There are no paid members! It should be obvious that in order to be able to login to our system to access a resume or display a resume online in our directory the information would need to be stored in our database. This will not be done without the visitor's permission. They will be asked to complete a form to create a Username, password and input other info. They will be asked to read our Terms page and this Privacy Policy so they understand how our system operates. Subsequent edits and updates that are saved to the account are also stored.

If the visitor chooses to become a member by creating an account, if they set their resume to public, then excluding their street address and telephone numbers, any and all information entered into the free resume creator used to create that resume will be viewable by anyone who visits this website and browses the Resume Directory. A member that doesn't want a public resume or has a public resume, later changed their mind and now no longer wants it to be public can simply log in to their account and change the account to Private at will. If upon joining the visitor decided to set their account to Private then their resume will not show in the directory. In the interests of helping our members to get the greatest possible exposure to the job market our directory is indexed by internet search engines. This can make it searchable in Google, Yahoo and other search engines. If the member wishes to avoid having their resume information made public and being listed in our directory, we suggest that you set your resume to Private when you join to become a member or later in your Resume Account settings.

If a member no longer wants their account they are be able to delete their account along with their stored information at any time. This can be performed by two methods. The first method is the member can log in and delete the account themselves. The second method is accomplished by the member emailing our support staff requesting that a support agent do it for them.

Third-Party Advertising
We use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit our website. These companies may use information (not including your name, address, email address or telephone number) about your visits to this and other web sites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you.
